Have been going to this Clinic since 2009. I only see a GP once, sometimes twice, a year. This clinic is fantastic for patient care. Dr Maria Sullivan is my favourite Doc - if I can see her I will. The other Doctors I have seen, have always been great as well. The customer service is great, it really feels like they do actually care about their patients.

Have been a patient here for over 20 years. Best doctors in Melbourne. Bit pricey but excellent service. Have had outstanding care from a range of GPs over the years. Sometimes tricky to book an appointment with a doctor you’ve seen before because they’re too popular,.

The reception staff are incredibly efficient and take the time to listen. The facilities are kept refreshed and clean. Dr Soon that i see is very thorough, well informed and up to date with the available medicines, tests and treatments and is mindful of costs. It is always about your overall health. Been many years at BWFC and plan to continue.

After my long term GP retired, I needed to find a new GP. This clinic was highly recommended to me by a friend, and many years later, I can say I am so happy with the care and service I receive each and every time. On the few occasions when my favourite GP is away, there is a wonderful variety of alternative GPs to choose from. I feel I am listened to and cared for and my consultations are never rushed or impersonal. Just as this clinic was highly recommended to me by my friend, all those years ago, I extend the same recommendation to you!

Dr Tammy Herring at BFWC has been my GP for the past 8 years. She’s overseen my care for a range of women’s health scenarios and I will continue to go to her for the foreseeable future. She has always taken the time to question and understand the whole picture before recommending a course of action. A genuine care provider and highly skilled in the area of women’s health.

Amazing team of GP's and admin staff, nothing is ever a problem. Dr Irena follows up and makes sure everything is always good with me, this is so rare in this day and age. I have been a patient of hers for over 17 years. If it wasn't for her diligence I would not be here today. Absolutely amazing Dr.

I have been going to this clinic for close to 29 years. Sari has been such an incredible doctor. So supportive and caring and really thorough. I don’t live locally anymore and have continued to see her. She’s the best. The whole clinic is fantastic. A great and caring place. Thank you to the team at BFWC for your ongoing care.
